There is a configuration issue that is causing parents and students who are using Campus Parent and Campus Student mobile apps to not receive push notifications. Our district will be taking a small upgrade on 9/5/19 at 11:30 pm to resolve this issue.
If you are still not receiving mobile notifications after tonight's upgrade, please ensure the following is marked in your Campus Parent or Campus Student mobile application:
1. Stay logged in check box is marked on the Log In screen.
2. Notification Settings are set inside the app (see screen shots below).
